About Bam’s Thinkery
Montréal, Québec — since 2026
Our Mission
Most online tools look like they’re straight out of the 2000s — slow, ugly, full of pop-ups, and built to collect your data instead of actually helping you. I figured we deserved better.
Built by Bam, a solo developer from Montréal who is AuDHD (autistic and ADHD). I build the apps I need in my daily life, and I share them for free. As someone who is AuDHD, I need tools that are clear, structured, and get straight to the point — no noise, no friction, no cognitive overhead. That’s the design principle behind everything here: if it creates confusion, it doesn’t ship.
The visual timers exist because I need to see time passing. The structured routines exist because without them, my mornings are chaos. The calculators exist because I’d rather solve something in 3 seconds than open a spreadsheet. And the Sync apps exist because I realized the biggest gaps in my relationships were invisible — until someone asked the right questions.
Everything runs in your browser. No account, no personal data sent anywhere. Just tools that work.
What I Build
The platform brings together two product families:
Every tool is designed mobile-first, with accessibility in mind.
Design Philosophy
Utility tools deserve the same design care as premium apps. Four switchable visual themes — Warm, Cyber, Editorial, Terminal — and a fully bilingual EN/FR interface. Because we’re from Montréal.
Transparency
Your calculations, your texts, your health data — all of it stays in your browser. We don’t send any personal data to our servers.
That said, we do use cookies for site functionality (theme preferences, language) and Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views, countries). The site also displays ads via Google AdSense, which uses its own cookies. We’re transparent about that.
Full details in our privacy policy.
Support the Project
Everything here is free and will stay that way. No paid plans, no locked features. But keeping a site with 48+ tools running takes time, hosting, and a lot of coffee.
If a tool helped you out and you want to support the project, you can buy me a coffee on Ko-fi. Every contribution helps keep the tools online and free of intrusive ads.
Made in Montréal
Bam’s Thinkery is an independent, self-hosted project. Not backed by venture capital, no growth hacking — built with care, one tool at a time.
