Bam's Thinkery (bams-thinkery.ca) is a portal hosting multiple mini web apps, operated from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. By using the site and its sub-apps, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of Service
The portal provides access to various mini web apps including utility tools, diagnostic questionnaires, and other services. All apps are free. Some display ads or accept voluntary donations via Ko-fi. Each app may have its own specific terms.
3. Use License
You may use the apps and their output freely, for personal or commercial purposes. You may not scrape the site, republish the source code or interface design, or use bots to access the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BAM'S THINKERY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Results from any app are for informational purposes only.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BAM'S THINKERY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS APPS.
6. Intellectual Property
The site design and code belong to Bam's Thinkery. Don't copy the interface or use our name without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including Google Fonts, Cloudflare, and Resend. They have their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms. Check the date at the top.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute arising from your use of the site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
